Family Law Fees

Traditionally, attorneys represent clients in divorce and custody issues on an hourly basis. This usually means you need pay a monthly bill and a "retainer fee" of several thousand dollars to have a lawyer represent you. We do represent people this way, but we also offer reasonable flat fees for divorce and custody issues.

Flat fees allow us to assist you for parts of your case while you keep your expenses affordable and predictable. Feel free to contact us to see if a flat fee is right for you.

Flat Fee Overview

  • Legal services provided on a consulting basis
  • Attorney will not file court paperwork or appear in court; all court paperwork to be filed by client
  • Flat fee must be paid up front and is non-refundable
