William H. Meub
Before becoming a lawyer in Rutland, I spent many years working as a contractor as well as operating a beef and dairy farm in Middlebury, experiences that motivated me to want to do something more for the people of Vermont. I’ve been a board member of the Crossroad Arts Council, President of the Friends of the Rutland Free Public Library, and a member of the Rutland City School Board. Once I started practicing law, I served as president to several law firms in the Rutland area and have had the privilege to practice in front of the US Supreme Court.
With my background in farming and construction, I specialize in personal injury and professional negligence cases and my time as a contractor allows me to represent both contractors and businesses with a unique experience and understanding of construction law.
As a small firm, we handle a large range of cases, but we are here to listen to you, evaluate the appropriate laws, and keep you informed as we work to resolve your issue.
