Meub Associates, PLC a top Vermont law firm, is located right next to Bennington County, in Rutland, Vermont. (In fact, Rutland County was once considered part of Bennington County!) Just off Route 7, the law firm is an easy drive to Manchester, Bennington and the other towns and hamlets of Bennington. In fact, many of our clients come from Bennington County and our attorneys have extensive experience working with the lawyers and judges of Bennington.

Bennington County is the oldest county in the State Vermont. In the southwest corner of the State, Bennington is well known to both Vermonters and visitors from out of state. Each year, thousands of people come to visit the popular museums, outlet stores and popular restaurants in Manchester. They tour the quaint downtown of Dorset, watch theater at the Dorset playhouse, brush up on their Revolutionary War history at the Bennington Battle Monument or see a lecture at Bennington College.
Bennington was home to novelists Shirley Jackson and Mary Oliver and Pulitzer Prize winner Robert Frost made the snows of Vermont famous in his poetry. Ethan Allen lived in Bennington, as did actress Pamela Blair. The first female attorney, Myra Bradwell, was a native of Manchester. (We would have loved to have her on our legal team!)
